Being a lawyer requires an eye for detail. But it also requires an ability to see the conflict in its context. In my job, I couple the technically complex with common sense, working towards the goal of having everyone understand the logic behind my reasoning. I advise on all aspects of labour and employment law, but my areas of special interest are:
- Discrimination – including advising on how to avoid discrimation claims, implement policies and handle any claims

- Industrial relations – including collective bargaining and dispute resolution

- headed an important collective bargaining process for a major airline after intense day-and-night negotiations in the Danish State Conciliation Board for Labour Disputes
- advised a number of clients in the manufacturing and financial sectors on bonus and incentives
- advised a variety of corporate clients on how to handle the rules governing age and disability discrimination
- conducted several cases, including collective bargaining agreements and discrimination
- assisted a major Danish media organisation with implementing structural changes and large-scale redundancies
