I really believe that clients should seek my advice about minor as well as major issues. Good advice can sometimes prevent problems and ensure that even a challenging process is successful. I use my knowledge, my experience and the whole of my personality to take responsibility so that the client can concentrate on running their business. That is why I enjoy my work at Norrbom Vinding as an expert in HR law.

• applied for an interim injunction in several cases involving alleged breach of the Danish Marketing Practices Act – most recently, one involving an employee’s unauthorised disclosure of trade secrets to the Wall Street Journal
• advised a variety of organisations through collective redundancy processes
• assisted a client with applying for a number of interim injunctions concerning protection of know-how
