I really believe that clients should seek and get my advice about minor as well as major issues. For good advice can sometimes forestall problems and other times ensure that even a challenging process is successful. I use my knowledge, my experience and the whole of my personality to take responsibility so that the client can concentrate on running its business. That is why I enjoy my work at Norrbom Vinding as an expert in HR law.
I advise on all aspects of labour and employment law, but my areas of special interest are:
- Acting as a sounding board and adviser for national and international clients on all kinds of HR-related issues
- Individual employment law
- Restrictive covenants
- Business reorganisations and large-scale redundancies
- Bonus and other incentives
I recently …
- applied for an interim injunction in several cases involving alleged breach of the Danish Marketing Practices Act – most recently, one involving an employee’s unauthorised disclosure of trade secrets to the Wall Street Journal
- advised a variety of organisations through collective redundancy processes
