Management interests me. And good management deserves to be underpinned by good HR law support. When I contribute to making a difference – so that good managers feel that they have been helped and supported by my advice – I have done something worthwhile. That is why I enjoy working at Norrbom Vinding.
I advise on all aspects of labour and employment law, but my areas of special interest are:
- Business immigration
- Data protection
- Litigation before the civil courts, the Labour Court and industrial tribunals
- The public labour market
- Public law in general such as local authority law and administrative law
I recently …
- was in charge of reviewing and drafting the staff platform of Médecins Sans Frontières in Denmark
- assisted a business in getting the data protection issues in the HR department under control
- taught clients about the new rules about how to handle sickness absence on numerous occasions
- successfully helped a local authority disproving age discrimination in the High Court
- conducted a considerable number of cases for public sector employers concerning unionised staff and public servants
- conducted several High Court cases in which the employer was allowed to require repayment of overpaid salary
