I am passionate about collective labour law because it is a complicated area and in rapid development. Collective labour law in Denmark is about the unique Danish labour market model which is currently under challenge from human rights organisations and the EU. • handed in my master’s thesis on labour organisations’ liability for damages when breaching the European principle of free movement of services. I am now looking forward to being challenged on a daily basis by collective labour law in practice.
