We are all for one, one for all

We cultivate team spirit every day in our work, but also by getting together for professional development and training activities and, of course, our social events. We bolster our team spirit every Friday when we enjoy a glass of wine in our lounge, every time we celebrate an important win and every time our social committee organises a food, wine or cultural event.

Every time our staff groups organise social events and get-togethers with Norrbom Vinding’s support and every summer when we have our annual seminar at a beautiful spot somewhere in Denmark, we continue to develop our team focus.

Fresh fruit and a healthy lunch are a part of our working day – and we also offer free massages.

But more than anything we live our values. Respect and caring for each other, as well as a good dose of humour are what characterise working at Norrbom Vinding.
