Norrbom Vinding takes an active part in the world that surrounds us

With HR law as our field of activity, a strong sense of social responsibility comes naturally.

For us, social responsibility starts with ourselves. Happy employees make happy citizens who want to give something back to the community. A good working environment is therefore a top priority at Norrbom Vinding. We care for one another. Our family policy makes life easier for families with young children and other family commitments, and our successful careers policy means that we have the same number of male and female partners.

When – inevitably – the day comes when Norrbom Vinding and an employee must part ways, we take responsibility and help them in this process by offering a range of specific initiatives.

In terms of the environment, we are planning to implement green IT in early 2010.

We are also in the process of joining the UN Global Compact.

We have a long history of charitable giving and support to not-for-profit organisations. In 2008, we decided to target our support – and couple it with our expertise in HR law – on Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF).

Norrbom Vinding helps MSF by advising on all HR law issues that arise in the administration of its dedicated volunteers.

MSF is an independent humanitarian medical aid organisation which is neutral and impartial. MSF sends volunteer health and logistics professionals to disaster zones all over the world to provide medical emergency aid, regardless of race, religion, creed or political convictions.
