This process is driven by Norrbom Vinding’s Head of Knowledge Management, and a team of bright young legal interns is the first stop in the information chain. They update Norrbom Vinding on a daily basis. After that, all lawyers lend a hand to sort and structure new knowledge so that it can be fed into our database.
Because we are a specialist law firm – and have operated in this field for more than 25 years – our database is very extensive and a tool of immeasurable importance to us.
Knowledge that can be immediately entered into a database is easy to make accessible. More difficult are the knowledge and experience stored inside our specialists’ heads. We tap into this resource for everyone’s benefit at our frequent knowledge-sharing meetings.
Our Head of Knowledge Management participates in relevant international conferences and events and is up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in knowledge management.
And each year, we produce an intellectual capital statement to assess and report the results of our strategy.
